2, bearing overhaul
In order to judge whether the disassembled SKF bearing can be reused, it is necessary to check after the SKF bearing is cleaned, and carefully check the condition of the raceway surface, the rolling surface, the mating surface, the wear of the cage, the increase of the bearing clearance, and whether there is any Damage and abnormality with reduced dimensional accuracy. For non-separable ball SKF bearings, use one hand to support the inner ring horizontally and rotate the outer ring to check if it is smooth.
Separate imported bearings such as tapered roller bearings can be inspected separately for the rolling surfaces of the rolling elements and the outer ring.
