First, the engraving machine using water-cooled spindle:
Due to entering the winter, the temperature is lowered. The engraving machine using the water-cooled spindle must pay attention to the indoor temperature to prevent the water tank from freezing in the water circulation, causing the water circulation to be interrupted and the motor to be unable to cool. The small ant numerical control reminds you that the winter temperature is too low, if stored The temperature of the engraving machine workshop is lower than zero. It is best to use antifreeze (we recommend buying a better quality antifreeze of minus 25 degrees).
(1) The high requirements for the engraving machine in winter are mainly the problem of the cooling water of the main shaft. The specific temperature requirements are as follows:
1 to ensure the operating room temperature, to ensure that the temperature is above 0 °;
2 The coolant is guaranteed to be used above the minimum temperature to avoid freezing at a low temperature. The engraving machine with water spout should also pay attention to avoid the water circulation is not smooth and the cooling at the cutter head is not timely;
3 When the machine is not in use, if the room temperature is lower, it is better to pour out the water in the water tank, discharge the water inside the main shaft and the water pipe, and prevent the cracking main shaft and the water pipe;
(2) Spindle problem
The temperature in the north is basically below zero, so the engraving machine using water-cooling cycle, whether it is woodworking engraving machine or stone engraving machine, as long as it is a water-cooling cycle engraving machine, you need to pay attention to some problems in winter. Many customers often forget to add water, especially in autumn and winter. Because of the low outside temperature, the spindle motor is hard to feel hot. CNC reminds customers here:
1 Cooling water is a necessary condition for the normal operation of the spindle motor. If the cooling water is dirty, it will cause serious damage to the motor, ensure the cleaning of the cooling water and the normal operation of the pump.
2 Pay attention to the water level, and the water-cooled spindle motor must not be dehydrated, so that the motor heat cannot be exported in time.
3 Pay attention to the ambient temperature, be careful that the water tank and the water pipe are frozen and cracked due to the water temperature being too cold.
4 Try to replace the engraving machine main shaft circulating water with antifreeze cooling.
The main reason is that the customers and friends are usually meticulously maintained. Check the work carefully before work to facilitate the normal operation of the engraving machine. Like the water-cooled spindle motor, you can choose to use pure water in normal water; or use it after cooling and cooling, so as to reduce scale and avoid the circulation inside the spindle and the circulation is not smooth.
(3) The stone engraving machine's unique water cooling system, while optimizing the performance of the stone engraving machine, is also bound to its own limitations. Generally, the temperature suitable for engraving is between 0 and 45 degrees. When the temperature is lower than 0 degrees Celsius, the tap water used for cooling will freeze, which will inevitably affect the use of the engraving machine. Moreover, the relative humidity of the stone engraving machine ranges from 30% to 75%. The environment that is too dry and too humid is not conducive to the optimal control of the engraving machine and the power system. The relatively dry environment in winter is also not conducive to the normal use of the engraving machine.
Therefore, in winter, you should pay attention to the warmth of the engraving machine. On the same day, the residual water in the water conduit should be cleared in time to avoid the water circulation after the next day's freezing; the pump should be taken out from the water tank or bucket containing water in time to avoid freezing inside; it is recommended that the machine not be placed outdoors in winter. It is best to move the machine into the factory.
Second, the engraving machine uses the water ring vacuum pump for proper maintenance and use:
1) The water level of the water tank is determined to be able to flow out of the water in the upper water valve; it needs to be injected once in 8 hours (the water in the work evaporates quickly and the water level will gradually drop); if the water level is lower than the upper water valve, it must be injected immediately; Strict vacuum pump runs out of water, and water shortage will cause water leakage in the machine seal;
2) The filter tank is correctly installed, and the adsorption nozzle is connected to the air inlet, and is fastened with a buckle to prevent air leakage;
3) The water tank should be cleaned frequently and must be cleaned once a week.
4) The wiring cover is opened, and the three-phase power is respectively led to the three terminals of U1/V1/W1;
5) The motor inlet valve is opened. After 5 minutes, ensure that the motor pump body is filled with water and then it is energized for trial operation;
6) Start the motor, check the motor forward and reverse in time, and exchange the power line on U1 and V1 when reversing; then open the engraving machine to absorb the valve and check whether the suction of the pump is normal;
7) Vacuum adsorption equipment products should be careful not to have dust falling into the vacuum system, to prevent damage to the vacuum pump. The vacuum pump needs to clean the filter inside the filter tank for one week; keep the room temperature above 0 °C in winter to prevent the circulating water in the vacuum pump from freezing and damage the vacuum pump. Antifreeze treatment can be used for antifreeze treatment;
8) The water temperature in the water tank should not be higher than 70°. Working at a high temperature for a long time will reduce the gas volume and reduce the suction force, which will cause the sealing ring to age prematurely and cause the vacuum pump to leak water;
9) If the working environment is cold, please add 30% antifreeze in the water tank, or add 30% ethanol (cheap liquor), you can also add ethylene glycol (chemical reagent shop to buy 5-10) Yuan per kilogram to buy) plus pure water, 1:10 ratio added, can reach minus 15 degrees without freezing, please be sure to pay attention to antifreeze, so as to avoid unnecessary damage caused by freezing vacuum pump.
